For theatre

The performance on stage changes with each passing day. This forces us to work more flexibly and in closer collaboration with the companies.

Respect for the original texts is the foundation of our translations and adaptation is continuous, especially when it comes to creation.

The ergonomics of the texts are essential to avoid visual and physical fatigue (the text is projected above the stage).

We work on the basis of a transcription of the work and one (or more) recording(s) of the play. One or more rehearsals are also included in our offers. It is during these rehearsals that we adapt the text to the final touches of the staging, to the final adaptations in the actors’ performance. For the cinema, this stage is carried out during the simulation.

We have the specific equipment for projecting surtitles: software for managing surtitles (flexible), video projector (4500K LCD or 7000K Laser), and additional projection screen (wood or LED).

We prefer to accompany the surtitles to their projection, in performance, and during the semi-direct broadcast. However, we can also train you in the programme we use so that you can be autonomous, for example when touring.

We adapt to the specific characteristics of the venue (size, available space, screens or projector already in place, etc.) and to the constraints of the event (new project, three languages of surtitles, complex staging, etc.)
